Triple Excellent is trade shorthand for a GIA round brilliant with Excellent cut, Excellent polish and Excellent symmetry.
In more detail
It is the entry ticket for the AGS Ideal Report by GIA, but it doesn't guarantee that a stone qualifies. GIA's cut grade itself allows Excellent with Very Good polish or symmetry.
On a grading report
Not a line of its own: read it from the cut, polish and symmetry lines.

- Polish: Polish is the grade for the smoothness of the facet surfaces, from Excellent to Poor. The grader looks at 10x for pits, nicks, polish lines, scratches, burn marks and rough patches.
- Symmetry: Symmetry is the report grade, from Excellent to Poor, for the exactness of a stone's outline. It also covers the shape, placement and alignment of the facets.
- AGS Ideal Report by GIA: The AGS Ideal Report by GIA is a digital supplement to a GIA report. It gives the American Gem Society's light performance grade, and only AGS Ideal 0 stones get one.
